Bellaria-Igea Marina is less than ten kilometres from Rimini, and is therefore easy to reach from any part of Italy: 
For those coming by car, leave the A14 Bologna-Bari Motorway at Rimini Nord and follow the signs for Igea Marina.
Alternatively, the town can be reached by travelling along the State Road 16 Adriatica.

Bellaria Igea Marina, by train or plane

If you are travelling by train, there are two alternatives: the Bologna-Bari line allows you to get off at Rimini and travel to Igea Marina by bus; the Rimini-Ravenna-Ferrara line allows you to reach the Bellaria-Igea Marina railway station. The town is also close to two airports: that of Rimini for flights from major Italian cities, or the Guglielmo Marconi international airport of Bologna, which is only just over 100 kilometres away, for domestic and international flights..
